NT Gateway

www.ntgateway.com

I just recently found this site, so I'm not completely familiar with it yet. It has resources available for pretty much every aspect of NT studies: on each book, backgrounds, text criticism, etc. Some of the sites that I've gone to from it are broken, but others work fine and are useful.

From the site: "Welcome to The New Testament Gateway, the award winning web directory of internet resources on the New Testament. Browse or search annotated links on everything connected with the academic study of the New Testament and Christian Origins. This major upgrade of the site improves navigation and introduces lots of new features. For all the latest information on the site, please visit the NT Gateway blog."

Olive Tree Bible Software

www.olivetree.com

Best site to download software for your phone/PDA, though there is a cost for most everything.

PDA Scholar

www.pdascholar.com

Language software for Windows Mobile & Palm platforms - excellent flashcard programs for learning Greek & Hebrew vocab. The big letdown is that the software hasn't been updated in over a year. Just the same - worth getting.

E-Sword

www.e-sword.net

If you are unable to afford Logos, here is your next best bet. For free, it's worth the download just to have the search/study capabilities.

From the site: "e-Sword is a fast and effective way to study the Bible. e-Sword is feature rich and user friendly with more capabilities than you would expect in a free software package. The fact that e-Sword is free is just one of the blessings and does not speak of the quality of the software. I make my living writing software and I believe I have put forth my best effort in this endeavor. The real work, however, was put in by the godly men and women who devoted countless years creating the texts that have been made available for our benefit."

Logos Bible Study Software

www.logos.com

This is the Bible study software that I use. There is definite cost/investment involved - but there isn't anything better.

Study Light

www.studylight.org

Not as familiar with this site as I use NeXt more - but it's expansive resources make it one to bookmark and utilize. I want to explore it more in the future.

Blue Letter Bible

www.blueletterbible.org

Good site to use to being the studying process. Though it is very good, I still recommend the NeXt Bible ™ Learning Environment over this one. Each to his own.

From the site: "Our mission is to facilitate in-depth study of God's Word through an on-line interactive reference library continuously updated from the teachings and commentaries of selected pastors and teachers who hold to the conservative, historical Christian faith."

NeXt Bible ™ Learning Environment

net.bible.org

Absolutely one of the best sites to use for study. Highly recommend it!

From the site: The NeXt Bible ™ Learning Environment leads the way for a new generation of online Bible study and research tools. It offers a vast and growing library of trustworthy content all integrated into an easy-to-use online environment. This puts high quality Bible study tools and resources within reach of the whole world without charge - a price all pastors, missionaries, Bible teachers and individuals can afford. The NeXt Bible ™ Learning Environment offers the most comprehensive set of free resources available online, including commentaries, articles, word studies, original biblical languages and cross references all integrated into a system that empowers you to carefully study the Word of God and to prepare your teaching lessons quickly.
